Palm Springs and La Quinta – not just for music festivals. For this month’s Guy’s Golf Trip we’re heading to inland Southern California and hitting PGA West (and the surrounding courses).
Daily highs of 75 degrees and newly expanded greens on the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course are just a few reasons to tee it up at PGA West.
Home to PGA TOUR event, the American Express, the resort gained more than 50,000 square feet of putting green surface with its completed renovations. With the recent releases of turf varieties that provide a smoother roll of the ball, it was an excellent time to complete this property project. A 9,000 square foot putting green was also added.
PGA WEST also features four other resort courses. Many recommend spending a few days in La Quinta or consider checking on replay availability after your round.
